Section 3(1) in Maharashtra Horticulture Development Corporation Act, 1984
(1)For the purposes of promoting and assisting in the rapid and orderly development of horticulture crops and produce thereof in the State of Maharashtra and for processing and marketing such produce the State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a Corporation to be called the Maharashtra Horticulture Development Corporation.
