Section 36(4) in Uttaranchal School Education Act, 2006
(4)Every application for appointment as Head of Institution or teacher of an institution in pursuance of an advertisement published under sub-section (2) shall be made to the District Education Officer and shall be accompanied by such fee which shall be paid in such mariner as may be prescribed.
