Section 5(4) in Punjab Major Accident Hazard Control Rules, 1993
(4)The Inspector and the Chief Inspector, shall compile information regarding major accidents, and make available a copy of the same to the Ministry of Environment and Forests through Directorate General Factory Advice Service and Labour Institutes and Ministry of Labour, Government of India.
