13. Issue of notice.
- On receipt of such application, the Assistant Collector shall give to the opposite party and to the land holder, and, where the provisions of Section 51 of the Act apply, to the lessee, mortgagee or other encumbrancer, an opportunity to show cause why the exchange should not be ordered. Every such notice shall be accompanied by a copy of the application which shall be filed by the applicant.
