1. This writ petition is preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:-

"a) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to conduct a Special Repeat Examination for the Petitioner within five (5) days and declare results at the earliest so HMJ Amit Sharma to enable participation in Convocation on 06 September 2025;
b) Direct appointment of an independent examiner or 21 external evaluation panel for the Petitioner's paper(s) to ensure fairness and eliminate institutional bias;
c) Direct the Respondents to permit the Petitioner's provisional participation in Convocation and issuance of a provisional degree certificate, pending declaration of results;
d) Direct the respondents to re-evaluate the answer books written by the petitioner in the repeat examination in subjects namely Corporate laws II, Cyber laws and Clinic II DPC.
e) Direct the Respondents to frame transparent guidelines and timelines for future Special Repeat Examinations, ensuring they are not clubbed with regular examinations of junior batches and are communicated with certainty.
f) Pass any other order(s) this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interests of justice.
G) To provide the petitioner a provisional BA.LL.B. Honors Degree on the scheduled date of the convocation."

2. On a plain reading of the writ petition it is clear that Petitioner primarily seeks a direction to Respondent No.1 to conduct a Special Repeat Examination for the Petitioner and declare the result without any delay.

3. Counsel for Respondent No.1, on instructions, submits that a decision has been taken to conduct the Special Repeat Examination through off-line mode for Batch-2020 and the date-sheet has been published as also communicated to the students including the Petitioner, who has signed in acknowledgement thereof. Copy of the date sheet is handed over during the hearing and is taken on record. As per the date-sheet, the dates of the examination for the four subjects in which Petitioner intends to appear are as follows:-

Examination, the grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed. No further order is required to be passed in the present petition. It is left open to the Petitioner to appear in the examination on the dates mentioned above.

5. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of along with pending application.
