9. Power of Authority to intervene.
(1)The Authority may, by order or direction made or issued by it, intervene in order to secure compliance of the provisions of this Order, or protect the interests of subscribers and service providers of the broadcasting services and cable services, or promote and ensure orderly growth of the broadcasting services and cable services, or facilitate competition and promote efficiency in the operation of broadcasting services and cable services so as to facilitate growth in such services.
