Section 14(1) in The West Bengal Co-Operative Societies Act, 1983
(1)The Registrar shall decide all questions as to whether an application made under sub-section (1) of section 13 complies with the provisions of this Act and the rules and whether the co-operative society is eligible to be registered under sub-section (1) of section 11.
