42. Publication of directions.
(1)All directions issued by the Committee for the general guidance of the persons using the market, shall be deemed to have been published when notices containing such directions are pasted on the notice board.(2)The Committee may, if it think necessary, cause such notices to be served on the persons concerned or to be published in the local newspapers.
