Section 13(2) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) General Rules, 2000
(2)The cost payable to the Government under Clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 89 of the Act, shall be payable with in the period specified by the Government in the manner and ratio as may be determined by the Government.
