Section 53 in The Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1953
53. Mode of determining assessment.
(1)A general assessment shall be made by a Revenue Officer.(2)Before making such assessment the Revenue Officer shall report through the Financial Commissioner for the sanction of the State Government his proposals with regard thereto.
