(3)If a candidate, who has paid the fees after getting admission, gets his admission cancelled, [within time limit specified by the Admission Committee] [Substituted by Notification No. GH/SH/14/2015/PVS/102012/142/S, dated 8.5.2015 (w.e.f. 30.4.2013).] his fees shall be refunded after completion of the admission process, provided that the seat vacated by him is filled by another candidate.
