Section 16(1) in The U.P. Public Services (Reservation For Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes And Other Backward Classes) Act, 1994
(1)The Uttar Pradesh Public Services (Reservation for Backward Classes) Act, 1989 (U.P. Act No. 21 of 1989), the Uttar Pradesh Public Services (Reservation for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) Act, 1993 (U.P. Act No. of 1993) and the Uttar Pradesh Public Services (Reservation for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes) Ordinance, 1994 (U.P. Ordinance No. 5 of 1994) are hereby repealed.
