Section 10(1) in The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Pensioner Members (Free Transit by Road Transport Service and Medical Facilities) Rules, 1989
(1)For claiming medical reimbursement a pensioner member shall submit an application and essentiality certificate to the Secretary in the forms given in Appendices 5 and 6 of the Rajasthan Civil Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1970 with the modification that the words "Government Servants" shall be substituted as "Pension-Member".
