16. Issue or grant of any license, permit, sanction or approval.
(1)Any license, permit, sanction or approval referred to in clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Act may be issued or granted by using the application software specified under rule 15.(2)The license, permit, certificate, sanction or approval so issued shall be in the form prescribed in the respective Act, rule, regulation or order and shall contain the name and designation of the signing authority who had digitally signed and approved the electronic record along with the date and time of creation of such record.
