34. Annual Reports.
- The annual report shall be prepared by the National Authority giving brief description of all activities undertaken from National Fund with separate headings and compiled in separate chapters and the reports shall include summary of works undertaken and schemes prepared and approved in annual plan of operation, and the annual report shall be in Form-V.
