Section 16(3) in Sardar Patel University Act, 1955
(3)Every person who intends to be a registered graduates shall make an application to the Registrar in such form and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed by Ordinances. After making such inquiry as he thinks fit, the Vice-Chancellor shall decide whether a person is entitled to be or not to be a registered graduate.
