Section 22(a) in The Orissa Subordinate Correctional Service Rules, 1992

(a)Vacancies in the service shall be reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes as per provision contained in the Orissa Reservation of Vacancies in Posts and Services (For Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) Act, 1975 and rules framed thereunder.
