Section 113A(1) in Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or in any other law for the time being in force, the Government may, by notification, direct that any appeal or revision pending before the Commissioner under this Act shall be disposed of by a judicial officer not below the rank of Subordinate Judge.
