Section 642 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
642. Penalty for giving false information.
- If any person who is required by the provisions of this Act or by any notice or other proceedings issued under this Act to furnish any information -(a)intentionally omits to furnish it; or(b)knowingly furnishes false information, such person shall be punishable with fine, which may extend to one hundred rupees.
