Section 67(1) in The Chhattisgarh Panchayat Nirvachan Niyam, 1995
(1)The Presiding Officer shall, at the close of the poll prepare a separate ballot paper account in Form 15 for election to the office of Panch from each ward, Sarpanch, Member of Janpad Panchayat and Member of Zila Panchayat.
