Section 44 in Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence Act, 2018
44. Constitution of Committees.
- Any authority of the University mentioned in section 22, shall be empowered to constitute a committee of such authority, consisting of such members of such authority and having such powers as the authority may deem fit.
