Section 2(k) in Uttarakhand State Urban Transport Fund Rules, 2015
(k)'Municipality' Municipal Panchayat and 'Municipal Corporation' shall have the same meaning respectively assigned to them in the Uttar Pradesh Municipality Act, 1916 and Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1959 as applicable in Uttarakhand.
