Section 121(1) in The Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(1)[No motor vehicle including [agricultural tractor and construction equipment vehicle and combine harvester] [Substituted by GSR 642(E), dated 28.7.2000, for 'No motor vehicle'(w.e.f. 28.7.2000).]] shall be painted in olive green colour except those belonging to the Defence Department.
