Section 25(1) in Customs House Agents Licensing Regulations, 1984
(1)The Collector may from time to time and in consultation with the recognised Custom House Agent's Association, if any, registered at a Customs Station, notify the rates that may be charged by a Custom House Agent for his service rendered in relation to clearance of goods and conveyance through customs. The Customs House Agent shall strictly conform to the rates so notified.
