	Writ petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second and third respondents herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation  dated 27.03.2017 in accordance with law.

 ORDER

The petitioner has sought for permission to take water from its own well for drinking and non-commercial purposes to its employees and textile workers to the premises in which the mill is functioning. Seeking consideration of the said representation by respondents 2 and 3, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1, 3 and 4, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and also the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
