Section 262(2) in The Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, 1959

(2)If the Speaker is of opinion that a motion for re-circulation of a Bill to elicit further opinion thereon is in the nature of a dilatory motion in abuse of the rules of the House in as much as the original circulation was adequate or comprehensive or that no circumstance has arisen since the previous circulation to warrant the re-circulation of the Bill, he may forthwith put the question thereon or decline to [propose] [Substituted by item 79, amending rules vide Notification S.O. 118, Published in Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary Part IV-C(II), dated 1-9-1981, page 295 (I) 46.] the question.
