Section 15 in Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Act, 2011
15. Publication of results of elections.
- The names of all persons elected or nominated to the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Sabha shall be published by the Government in the Official Gazette and upon such publication, the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Sabha shall, notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, be deemed to have been duly constituted.
