% 26.08.2022 I.A. 13471/2022 in ARB.P. 802/2021 I.A. 13470/2022 in ARB.P. 804/2021 By way of the present applications, the petitioner informs the court that upon being approached, vide her e-mail dated 18.08.2022, the learned Sole Arbitrator proposed in the matter has expressed her inability to conduct the proceedings, as she is at presently not residing in Delhi.
2. Accordingly, the petitioner prays that a substitute arbitrator may be appointed.

5. Accordingly in partial modification of order/judgment released on 16.08.2022, Mr. H.S. Sharma, learned former Additional District Judge, Delhi,(Cellphone No. : +91 9910384647) is appointed as the learned Sole Arbitrator in the matter, upon the same terms as contained in the said judgment.
6. Parties are directed to approach the learned Sole Arbitrator within 10 days.
7. Applications stand disposed of.
