Section 2 in Gujarat University (Amendment) Act, 1969
2. Amendment of section 4 of Bom.L. of 1949.- In section 4 of the Gujarat University Act, 1949 (Bom.L. of 1949), in clause (15), after the words "recognised institutions" the words "and to regulate the fees to be paid by the students in such colleges" shall be added.
