Section 3(2) in The Bihar State Aid to Industries Rules, 1959
(2)The power to give State aid in the form of payment of a subsidy under clause (f) of Section 3 may be delegated to the Secretaries to Government, Director of Industries, Additional Director of Industries, the District Magistrates, Sub-Divisional Magistrates and Project Executive Officers.
