(2)Whenever a tariff change is to be effected in a service connection, such change shall be effected only after obtaining a Revised Test Report (RTR) and the reading taken shall be conclusive proof of the [electricity consigned till the change of tariff] [Substituted for the expression 'electricity supplied' by Commission's Notification No.TNERC/SC/7-4 J dated25.5.2007 (w.ef. 13.6.2007).].
