Section 4A(2)(ii) in Maharashtra Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, De-Notified Tribes, (Vimukta Jatis) Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Special Backward Category (Regulation of issuance and verification of) Caste Certificate Act, 2000

(ii)he shall produce his validity certificate to the admission authorities on or before such date as may be specified by the Admissions Regulating Authority in consultation with the State Government:
