Section 39(1) in Punjab Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2020
(1)The Punjab State Council shall maintain in such form and containing such particulars, as may be prescribed, a register to be known as the Punjab State Master Register of Clinical Establishments in respect of all the clinical establishments registered in the State of Punjab.
