Section 2(c) in Orissa Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008
(c)"Agent Wholesaler" of Oil marketing company means a Wholesaler appointed by an Oil marketing company to obtain Kerosene from such company for sale to retailers and/or sub wholesalers under the Public Distribution System;
