Section 196 in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
196. Ventilation.
- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that all working areas in a free air tunnel are provided with ventilation system as approved by the Chief Inspector and the fresh air supplied in such tunnel is not less than six cubic metre per minute for each building worker employed underground in such tunnel and the free airflow movement in side such tunnel is not less than nine metres per minute.
