Section 246(a) in The U.P. Co-operative Societies Rules, 1968
(a)Any award made by an arbitrator or board of arbitrators shall be sent by him or by the president of the board of arbitrators, as the case may be, with all the papers, and proceedings of the dispute to the Registrar (who appointed the arbitrator or the president of the board of arbitrators in the case), within 15 days from the date on which the award is made.
