Section 7(3) in Kerala Recognition of Trade Unions Rules, 2011
(3)If there is more than one applicant Trade Union in respect of an industrial establishment or a- class of industry in a local area, as the case may be, and the Registrar is satisfied that the Trade Unions fulfill all the conditions laid down in sub-section (3) of Section 4, he shall arrange to hold an election by secret ballot as referred to under these rules and enter the name of the Trade Unions in the Register of Trade Unions in Form C and grant a certificate in ¬Form D as referred to in rule 8.
