Section 2(i) in Chhattisgarh Municipalities (Procedure for Conduct of Business) Rules, 2016
(i)"Secretary" means in case of Municipal Corporation, the Officer appointed as Secretary by the Commissioner or the Chief Municipal Officer in the case of Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat.
