Section 3(1) in Assam Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955

(1)With effect from such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf there shall be established for the purposes of this Act, a Board by the name of Assam Khadi and Village Industries Board.
