Section 46 in Telangana Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1958
46. Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may as occasion may require, by order do anything which appear to them necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
