Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh (Issuance of Integrated Registration and Furnishing of Combined Returns under various Labour Laws by certain Establishments) Act, 2015
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh (Issuance of Integrated Registration and Furnishing of Combined Returns under various Labour Laws by certain Establishments) Act, 2015;(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh;(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions.
