(a)Provide or appoint in proper and convenient situations within the municipal area of the Municipality, public receptacles, depots or places for the temporary deposit of -

(i)Rubbish

(ii)Offensive matter

(iii)Filth

(iv)Trade refuse

(v)Carcasses of dead animals

(vi)Excrementitious matter

(vii)Plastics and Plastic material

(viii)Bio-medical waste

(ix)Other polluted and obnoxious matters
