The candidates for appointment as Grama Rakshis shall be required to apply in writing to the [Superintendent of Police of the district] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Part III-A/26.10.1984.] giving full particulars regarding name, parentage, age, educational qualifications and place of domicile. The application should be submitted through the Officer-in-charge of the Police-station who forward it to the sub-divisional Police-officer who in turn submit the Superintendent of police of the district.
