Section 304 in Rules under the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910
304. Sale or disposal may be postponed pending appeal.
- The sale or disposal otherwise of things or animals confiscated under the Act may be deferred till the period of appeal against the order of confiscation has expired or, if an appeal be made against, such order till the appeal is disposed of.
