Section 346(2) in Criminal Courts - Rules and Orders

(2)A Court should make a prompt report of conviction of any army officer mentioned in column (1) to the officer mentioned in column (2) of the following table:-
Officer convicted Officer to whom the conviction to be reported

(1) A Non-Commissioned Officer Brigade Commander.
(2) An Indian Warrant Officer Brigade Commander.
(3) An Indian Commissioned Officer His Excellency the Governor-General.
(4) A Viceroy's Commissioned Officer His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief.
