(1)The [State] [Substituted for the word [Provincial] by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government shall forward to a tribunal all petitions received by it under the provisions of sections 5, 6, 8, 10 and 11, and the tribunal shall dispose of such petitions by order in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
