(3)Report of National Programmes. - The keeper of the nursing home or clinical establishment shall submit on the prescribed proforma, the reports of such National Health Programme in which thier participation is desired such as Vaccination, Family Welfare etc.; to the Chief Medical and Health Officer of the District concerned.]
