Section 35(1) in Indian Institute of Teacher Education, Gujarat Act, 2010
(1)The University may with the prior approval of the State Government -(a)create any post of a member of the academic or a non-academic staff of the University and the pay and allowances thereof;(b)divert the use of any earmarked fund for a purpose other than that for which it was originally earmarked;(c)transfer any immovable property belonging to it;
