Section 6(i) in Chhattisgarh State Electricity Rules, 2006
(i)Officer conducting search and seizure shall first disclose his identity and intention that he has come for detection of unauthorized use of electricity to the person or persons who may be present in the premises at the time and make search and seizure in presence of such persons as may be present.
