Section 48(4) in Himachal Pradesh Waqf Rules, 2016
(4)On a written request by the Chief Executive Officer, an agency of the State Government or any other organization shall supply, within ten working days, copies of the record, register of properties or other documents relating to waqf properties or claimed to be waqf properties. If for any reason the required documents cannot be supplied within ten working days, the concerned agency of the State Government or the organization shall seek further time, not exceeding ten working days to supply the information/documents.
